The strangest occurrence ever just took place in a small hospital at  Ogbor Hill, Aba in Abia State, as a baby was born without a face.

The birth of the faceless baby has caused widespread confusion in the local community, giving members a topic to talk about, with various theories on what could have caused such an anomaly being put forward.

Experts say that the anomaly could be a cause of inadequate ante-natal care or an error in the formation of the foetus during pregnancy, while natives have attributed the occurrence to supernatural causes.
