According to ex-Niger Delta Militant leader Asari Dokubo, bomb attack on Gen. Muhammadu Buhari's life was a plan by Northern leaders to cause mayhem in the country, thereby pushing the military to take over from President Goodluck Jonathan.

Taking to social media, Dokubo said Northern elders are desperate to grab hold of power because crude oil licences would expire in 2016.


He warned Nigerians to expect more happenings like this.
