Reports reaching us indicate that a bomb blast has hit popular Abuja shopping complex, Banex Plaza in Wuse II area of Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.

Banex Plaza is a hub of business activities where many residents of the Federal Capital Territory throng on a daily basis.

Reports have it that a branch of Diamond Bank located within the premises of the Plaza was affected.

According to account by eyewitnesses, body parts scattered around the scene of the blast.
