Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi has approved the appointment of Hajiya  Rakiya Bello Arabi as the new registrar of the polytechnic with effect from September 9.
A statement by the Public Relations Officer of the institution, Mohammed Rabiu Wada, yesterday in Bauchi said until her appointment, Hajiya Rakiya was the Deputy Registrar (Academics) at the Polytechnic.

She hails from Dass in Dass Local Government Area of the state and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Hull, United Kingdom and a Masters Degree in Education from University of Wales, United Kingdom.
