Kim Kardashian, 32, has finally emerged, eight weeks after giving birth to her daughter North West on June 15. The new mom looked stunning as she made her first public appearance in two months, with Kanye West and baby Nori by her side.



Kim, Kanye, baby North and a nanny were photographed going into an LA medical facility yesterday Wednesday August 14th. They all look really happy, especially Kanye.

Sporting an oversized light blue denim shirt, Uggs, black leggings, a big Hermes bag as a high-priced diaper bag and a new mommy glow, Kim finally decided she was ready to step out into the real world after taking shelter at her home after giving birth. In her first post-baby appearance, Kim looked happy and healthy as she walked into the doctor’s office.

Unfortunately, we did not see North’s face in the photos, but we did notice Kanye’s adorable affection toward Kim.

Kanye West was spotted smiling as they walked into the doctor’s office with a nanny-assist.

Kim was all top secret too -- concealing her figure under a baggy button-down with another shirt tied around her waist and famous cheeks ... for extra coverage.
