Bayern Munich beat Chelsea 5-4 on penalties to lift the Uefa Super Cup with Romelu Lukaku missing the decisive spot-kick to hand Pep Guardiola victory over rival Jose Mourinho.
The Blues struck after just eight minutes with Hazard and Andre Schurrle combining well to set up Fernando Torres for an emphatic strike from the edge of the area. 


Munich equalised two minutes into the second half as Franck Ribery's powerful drive proved too hot for Petr Cech to handle, before Ramires saw red late on for a second bookable offence in the closing stages.


Hazard was on hand to strike a fierce effort through Manuel Neuer's clutches early in extra time, but Javi Martinez struck at the death to send the game to penalties, with Belgian striker Lukaku the only player to miss from either side.
