The photo, taken by Tony Duran, was reportedly to be used for the singer's Year of 4 album campaign, but has now popped up on the magazine. But posing nude doesn't stop this diva from indulging in carbs! "I'm okay with gluten. Sunday pizza is a must for me!" she admits.

Adding of her health choices and throwing in a Pepsi promotion, Bey adds, "When you work out, take care of your body, rehearse as hard as I rehearsed in the commercial, I think it's great to have a Pepsi or Diet Pepsi when you want one. It's all about choices."
